2月25日，@樂視影片 就《甄嬛傳》被侵權釋出宣告，稱社交平臺上有賬戶宣傳、銷售與《甄嬛傳》作品高度相似或關聯的產品——息肌丸。
樂視影片表示：“我司與該方從未建立任何形式的合作關係，亦未授權其使用我司智慧財產權（包括商標、設計、生產、銷售衍生品內容等）進行商業活動。”
其喊話售賣息肌丸的店鋪：“立即停止所有侵權行為，下架並銷燬侵權產品；刪除一切與我司及該衍生品相關的虛假宣傳內容；自本聲明發布之日起3個工作日內聯絡我司協商處理事宜。”
LeTV addressed the unauthorized use of their intellectual property in connection with the TV series Empresses in the Palace on Tuesday. They highlighted the sale of a product called xijiwan on social platforms without their consent.LeTV emphasized that no collaboration exists with these sellers and demanded an immediate halt to the infringement. They urged the removal and destruction of infringing products, deletion of misleading promotional content, and requested the involved parties to initiate negotiations within three working days.
據瞭解，《甄嬛傳》劇中提到的息肌丸號稱可使人“肌膚勝雪、身量輕盈”，但該物含有麝香，是一種損害生育功能的藥物。
據九派新聞訊息，@樂視影片 宣告中提及的兩個賬號均在宣傳售賣“息肌丸”產品。其中，某平臺的“息肌丸”產品售價268元起，已售1.1萬單；另一平臺的“息肌丸”產品售價258元，目前已經下架。

早有網友自制息肌丸
專業人士：存在安全風險
事實上，早在去年年初，自制歡宜香、復刻息肌丸的帖子，就曾在網路引發熱議。
有購買息肌丸的網友稱，自己使用後氣血充足、皮膚變得粉白透亮，但也有人表示自己用了幾顆後肚臍眼癢，還有更多網友在各種經驗帖、用後分享帖的評論區觀望、猶豫。

一家售賣自制古方息肌丸的商家客服曾表示，店鋪內售賣的息肌丸配方與《甄嬛傳》中的配方有些許不同，是修改過的，但效果一樣。
該客服聲稱，使用息肌丸後可以透過調理身體達到美白瘦身、皮膚緊緻有彈性的效果，體重基數較大的人掉秤快（體重下降明顯），還能使肌膚柔軟有香味。
當被詢問懷孕是否能用時，上述客服才表示，即便是不含麝香的版本，配方中的藥材也有活血的功效，孕婦不能使用。
A customer service representative from a store selling homemade xijiwan said that while the formula differs slightly from the one in Empresses in the Palace, the effects are similar. Xijiwan can help with whitening, slimming, and skin tightening. However, pregnant women should avoid it due to the blood circulation-promoting effects of the herbal ingredients, even in versions without musk.
對於曾在網上熱銷的“息肌丸”，湖北中醫藥大學藥學院副研究員、碩士生導師劉丹表示，息肌丸是否有減肥養顏的效果，不能武斷地下結論。從組方中的藥味來看，應該是具有一定的養顏作用，但是各個藥味的用量、用藥形式有待研究考證。
劉丹還提醒，從藥物研發的角度講，所有未獲得藥品批號的藥物都是假藥，都存在安全風險。電視劇是一種藝術形式，傳遞的更多是藝術欣賞，其科學性、安全性和有效性得不到保障。因此，不推薦根據電視劇的配方進行自制藥物。
Expert warns that unlicensed medications pose safety risks. TV dramas prioritize artistry over scientific validity, safety, and efficacy. Therefore, crafting homemade drugs based on TV show formulas is discouraged.
