PROJECT COORDINATOR POSITION/STHE LITTLEBEATS BABY CUES PROJECT
社會發展跨學科實驗室正在為“小節拍”(LittleBeats)嬰兒線索專案招聘兩名全職專案協調員。這是一個關於親子關係動態以及壓力的行為和生理調節的新研究。專案協調員將成為一個更大的研究團隊的一部分,共同負責管理和監督研究專案的日常活動,包括參與者招募、日程安排和資料收集。

崗位職責包括:

  • 協助招募和登記3至10個月大的嬰兒家庭。
  • 與家庭一起協調和監督母嬰研究訪問;研究訪問將在貝克曼研究所的實驗遊戲室進行,部分將透過Zoom線上進行。
  • 管理研究裝置、檔案和資料檔案。
  • 參與研究成果的撰寫,包括會議報告和提交至科學期刊的論文。

最低要求:

  • 具備行為科學或社會科學領域的本科學位(如心理學、人類發展、教育、言語與聽力科學等)。
  • 至少一年在研究和/或直接與嬰兒(0-12個月)及其父母合作的相關經驗。
  • 具備出色的溝通和人際交往能力,優秀的組織和多工處理能力,並能準確完成任務。
  • 能靈活安排時間,包括在晚上和週末工作。

優先但非必須的經驗/技能:

  • 具備網頁設計和/或計算機程式設計技能。

The interdisciplinary Lab for Social Development is seeking two full-time Project Coordinators forthe LittleBeats"" Baby Cues Project (https://littlebeats.hdfs,illinois.edu/), a new study of parent-infant relationship dynamics and behavioral and physiological regulation of stress. The ProjectCoordinators will be part of a larger team who share responsibility for managing and overseeingthe day-to-day activities of the research project, including participant recruitment, scheduling, anddata collection.
Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with recruitment and enrollment of families with infants 3-10 months of age
  • Coordinating and supervising mom-baby research visits with families; research visits will beconducted in our laboratory playroom at the Beckman Institute as well as virtually viaZoom.
  • Managing research devices, documents, and data files.
  • Contributing to research products, including conference presentations and manuscripts submissions to scientific journals
Minimum requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in the behavioral or social sciences (e.g., psychology, humandevelopment, education, speech & hearing sciences), with at least one year of significantresearch experience and/or direct work with infants (0-12 months) and their parents.
  • Must have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, excellent ability to organizeand balance multiple tasks, andability to complete tasks accurately.
  • Flexible availability,including evenings and weekends.
Preferred experience/skills (but not required): Priorresearch experience with young children andfamilies, skils in web design and/or computer programming; familiarity with REDCap; bilingual inEnglish and Spanish.
