中國科學院心理研究所（以下簡稱“心理所”）成立於1951年，前身是創建於1929年的中央研究院心理研究所，是我國唯一的國家級心理學綜合研究機構，致力於探索人類心智本質，揭示心理和行為的生物學基礎與環境影響機制，為促進國民心理健康和推動社會和諧發展提供重要知識基礎和科技支撐。
心理所是認知科學與心理健康全國重點實驗室的依託建設單位。實驗室的主要研究方向包括：意識湧現機制解析、意識湧現異態評估、心理健康精準調適等。實驗室的發展目標是取得意識湧現機制研究重大科學突破，推動認知科學和心理學跨越發展，創新心理健康評估調適技術體系，有力提升國民心理健康水平。
因工作需要，現面向所內外公開招聘秘書1人。具體工作崗位職責及要求如下：
一、崗位職責
1. 在實驗室主任領導下負責實驗室日常工作，包括人員管理及考核、各類科研和學術活動的組織協調等；
2. 協助做好實驗室重大專案全過程管理，包括專案申請、立項、執行、結題及專案經費管理等；
3. 協助做好實驗室開放課題全過程管理，包括指南編寫、材料收集、評審、中期檢查及結題驗收等；
4. 負責實驗室年度資料的收集、整理、彙編，完成各類工作彙報、調查、統計任務；
5. 負責實驗室資訊宣傳、對外交流與接待；
6. 協助做好實驗室的技術支撐工作；
7. 完成領導交辦的其他工作。
二、崗位要求
1. 心理學、認知神經科學等相關專業，統招碩士研究生及以上學歷，博士研究生優先；
2. 熱愛科研管理工作，文字組織能力強，具有很好的組織、協調、溝通能力，責任心強，有團隊精神，工作嚴謹、踏實；
3. 熟練使用各類現代辦公裝置和軟體；
4. 年齡一般不超過35週歲；
5. 中共黨員優先，有北京市戶口者優先。

崗位職責：
1. 行政職責：

心理諮詢：為全校學生提供心理諮詢服務，主要服務於中學部（MSHS）。 -
心理評估與測試：負責全校範圍內的心理評估與測試工作，幫助識別學生的心理健康狀況。 -
學習支援與影子教師協調員：為全校學生提供個性化學習支援方案（IEP 設計與評估），協調影子教師工作。 -
新生面談：為新入學學生提供面談，評估其額外學習需求，特別是小學（ES）和中學（MSHS）學生。 -
課堂觀察與評估：參與學前班（EY）與小學階段（ES）的課堂觀察與評估，以支援學生在課堂中的心理與情感發展。 -
家長工作坊：組織並主持全校範圍內的家長工作坊，提供心理健康和情感支援的相關指導。
2. 教學職責：

健康心理學（Health Psychology）：教授健康心理學作為高中（HS）選修課程（HS Elective）。 -
社會情感學習（Social Emotional Learning）：教授社會情感學習作為初中（MS）必修課程，以促進學生的社會情感發展。
3. 課時安排：

不超過 10 課時/周，包括常規課程以及課後課（ASAs）。
任職資格：
• 最低學歷要求：碩士學位（Master’s Degree）
• 專業要求：心理學專業（有特殊教育背景及 IEP 設計經驗者優先）
• 工作經驗要求：至少 5 年以上在校心理諮詢相關領域的工作經驗
• 外語要求：流利的英語（能夠與國際教師及家長進行有效溝通）
• 資格證書：高中心理教師資格證書
• 專業知識與技能：
1）具備良好的溝通和協調能力，能夠與學生、家長及教師團隊有效合作。
2）精通多種心理諮詢技術，包括短程焦點諮詢、團體諮詢等。
3）擁有家庭心理輔導經驗，並能夠與家長進行有效溝通與支援。
4）熟悉心理評估與測量工具，能根據學生的需求設計個性化的學習支援計劃（IEP）。
其他要求:
• 高度的責任心和服務意識，能夠為學生提供全方位的心理支援。
• 在心理諮詢過程中保持高度的專業性與保密性。

The Department of Psychology and Center for Cognitive and Brain Health at Northeastern University invites applications for a full-time Research Technician. The position is to begin Summer or Fall 2025 for a for a term of 2-3 years, with yearly renewals based upon funding and performance.
This position will be based in the Social Development and Wellbeing Lab, led by Dr. Alexandra Rodman. The Lab and offices are in the heart of Boston, in the new, state-of-the-art ISEC building, which includes a brand-new neuroimaging center. Our research examines the social lives of teens, including their social behavior and experiences, and how they process social information. We also examine how individual differences in these processes confer risk or resilience to mental health problems. As part of the Center for Cognitive and Brain Health, there is ample opportunity for collaboration with other faculty and researchers of the Center.
Research staff will be formally mentored in the lab to help refine research interests, develop technical and intellectual research skills, and receive career planning / professional development. This position is a useful experience for those interested in scientific or clinical careers, such as in the field of research, psychology, pediatrics, neuroscience, data analytics, medicine, behavioral economics, and big data.
