嘉賓簡介
麥肯錫矽谷辦公室戰略諮詢經理，專注於為北美高科技初創公司和各行業500強企業提供增長戰略和轉型諮詢。UCLA工程學院博士畢業，博士期間創立了一家專注於核磁共振醫療器械的創業公司。畢業後加入蘋果公司，負責iPhone無線通訊系統的設計，從產品研發到量產，深耕多個技術領域。現積極參與UCLA校友管理與組織工作，是UCLA Sharpe Fellowship的評委，並擔任Startup UCLA Accelerator的導師。

1. 經驗分享
  • 最大的Risk是你不知道你所不知道的：
    • 從面試官角度分享北美戰略諮詢（麥肯錫，BCG，貝恩，四大，精品）所需要尋找的candidate的特點。
  • 最重要的是找到你心中那個不變的特點：
    • 知道了面試官的要求之後，如何根據自己的特點制定屬於自己的計劃，以及由此如何進行準備和練習。
  • 最重要的時刻並不是面試的那一天：

    • 如何讓面試官和老師叮囑的要點變成你的習慣和能力，並透過實踐逐步建立自己的reputation。

2. Networking
  • 輕鬆愉快的和學長交流。
  • 如果需要，也可以向學長遞交簡歷，他會提供作為面試官的建議。

  • 學長是個吃貨，叮囑我們準備一些好吃的點心和奶茶，所以來得早還有好吃好喝的！
