• Gain industry exposure: Hear from career professionals about the world of finance. The program will cover essentials such as an introduction to an investment bank, and an overview of Nomura’s commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and people culture. 
• Learn first-hand from the experts: Our traders will de-mystify the art of trading, covering everything from the basics of a trade to the different types of products that can be traded. The curriculum includes a live-trading simulation and an exclusive job-shadowing segment on the trading floor, which will allow you to experience a day in the life of a trader.
• Discover real-world insights: Engage with Nomura professionals and female leaders to hear about their experiences in finance, their diverse career journeys, and their tips and tricks for success.  
• Grow your network and get mentored: Connect with junior and senior traders and other financial services professionals who can provide guidance on joining the industry and excelling in a trading career. The program will also include career advice and support to prepare for summer internship interviews.  
• Get accelerated in your career: Acceptance into this unique program means an opportunity to return to Nomura as a summer intern, with the possibility of conversion into a full-time Analyst role in our Nomura Graduate Program. Participants will be fast-tracked in our selection process.
