邱健（化名）認為，散裝食用油在長距離運輸過程中其實屬於半脫管的狀態，“賣油的廠家不怎麼管，買油的公司不知情，讓運輸公司鑽了空子。”邱健透露，許多運輸訂單普遍經過層層轉包，轉來轉去買賣雙方對最終承運的罐車都無從瞭解。
作為一名罐車司機，邱健非常無奈，他呼籲重視這樣的行業亂象，因為食用油關係到千家萬戶。他說：“煤制油可能還算乾淨的，其他一些不常見的化工液體，汙染食用油的話，可能危害更大。”
在邱健看來，運輸公司是以食用油廠家的標準為導向，只需要食用油廠家嚴格把關就能避免這一行業亂象的發生，“食用油廠家仔細驗罐應該最有效果，能解決99%的問題。”

He said, “Edible oil manufacturers don’t care too much about transport while the edible oil trade companies are ignorant of it, and this loophole has been exploited by the transport companies. In Qiu Jian’s view, transport companies follow the standards of edible oil manufacturers, and therefore, this industrial chaos can be regulated as long as edible oil manufacturersstrictly stick to their transportation standards. “The most effective way to prevent this chaos is that the edible oil manufacturerswill carry out concrete examination of the tanks. By doing this, 99 percent of the problems can be avoided.”
