餘承東回應“開車睡覺”事件:第一次進公安局自首

今年5月,有網友發現,華為常務董事餘承東駕駛問界M8行駛時疑似“開車睡覺”,引發熱議。
Huawei Executive Director Yu Chengdong has publicly addressed a recent viral video that appears to show him "sleeping while driving" an Aito M8 vehicle — a claim that sparked widespread debate about road safety and autonomous driving.
7月8日晚,餘承東登臺做分享時回應了前段時間所謂的被拍到“開車睡覺”一事。餘承東表示:“前段時間我開車被人拍,說我開車我睡覺,那是大早上啊,我怎麼可能睡覺呢?我當時是在低頭看手機。”

餘承東表示,省公安、市公安馬上找到自己,自己也趕緊到公安局去“自首”,結果平生以來第一次進局子,第一次去“自首”,交了罰款扣了三分。“我開了快三十年的車,沒違過章,沒搞過罰款,闖過紅燈當時不小心以前幹過,但基本上沒有出過這個事情去,第一次進公安局是因為低頭看手機了。”餘承東說。
Speaking at an event on Tuesday evening, Yu clarified that the May incident had been misunderstood, explaining that he was actually looking at his phone. He acknowledged that the incident led to a visit from the police, a fine, and a three-point deduction on his driver’s license. Yu noted that this was his first traffic violation in nearly 30 years of driving.
餘承東被質疑“開車睡覺”
5月26日,有網友釋出影片稱,華為常務董事餘承東駕駛問界M8行駛時頭部低垂近20秒,未握方向盤,被質疑“開車睡覺”,引發熱議。
The controversy began on May 26, when a video went viral showing Yu driving an Aito M8 with his head down for nearly 20 seconds and his hands off the steering wheel. 
影片顯示,拍攝人員向左側行駛中的車輛大喊“餘總,睡著了?”並摁下喇叭,隨後車內人員招手,搖下車窗並微笑回應。
26日下午,問界客服回應:“餘總如果有開車睡覺的情況,我們是不建議的。問界M8是L2級輔助駕駛,行駛中需要手握方向盤,並目視前方,如有分神的情況,車輛會有提醒。”
深圳交警回應:“不允許(這樣做)的,這叫做輔助駕駛,如果發生事故,要負相應的責任。反饋給後臺了,我讓後臺那邊給回電具體情況。”
The clip sparked debate over whether he was sleeping or simply checking his phone. Many criticized the behavior as unsafe. Aito's customer service responded that while the M8 is equipped with Level 2 driving-assist, the system still requires the driver to keep their hands on the wheel and their eyes on the road. Shenzhen traffic police also stressed that assisted driving does not absolve the driver of responsibility.
該影片在網路上傳播後,引發不少網友對於駕駛安全的爭議。有網友表示:“餘總太辛苦了,還好車友提醒。”也有網友表示,“我怎麼感覺不像睡著,像在低頭看手機呢?”還有網友表示,“這樣開車有點危險。”
“一旦達到L3級別自動駕駛,
司機就可以直接去睡覺”
值得關注的是,據中國消費者報報道,餘承東曾在一次直播活動中表示:“我在駕駛時沒轉過方向盤,可以打盹睡個覺。”餘承東還曾公開表示,一旦達到L3級別自動駕駛,司機就可以直接去睡覺
“我們真的希望法律法規出臺,我們可以真正實現智慧駕駛L3到來,讓大家可以睡覺,看手機,如果出現問題,車就能自動靠邊停車,然後安全帶收緊給你勒醒,或者座椅按摩給你戳醒,不要睡死就行。”餘承東還說出了自己的願望。
Yu has previously spoken about autonomous driving in public forums. During a livestream, he once remarked, "I don't even touch the steering wheel when I drive — I could take a nap." He also expressed hopes for the rollout of Level 3 autonomous driving, saying, "Once we reach Level 3, drivers can actually sleep."
據瞭解,我國採用國際自動機工程師學會定義的自動駕駛技術分級標準,根據自動化程度分為L0至L5六個等級。L0-L2為輔助駕駛,需人工全程監管;L3-L5逐步實現系統主導,L5為完全無人駕駛。
目前,國內量產汽車更多停留在L2級。也有車企明確表示,會在2025年率先實現L3級自動駕駛乘用車的量產銷售。

4月16日,工業和資訊化部裝備工業一司組織召開智慧網聯汽車產品准入及軟體線上升級管理工作推進會。部裝備工業發展中心、主要汽車生產企業近60名代表參加會議。
會議強調,汽車生產企業要深刻領會《關於進一步加強智慧網聯汽車產品准入、召回及軟體線上升級管理的通知》要求,充分開展組合駕駛輔助測試驗證,明確系統功能邊界和安全響應措施,不得進行誇大和虛假宣傳,嚴格履行告知義務,切實擔負起生產一致性和質量安全主體責任,切實提升智慧網聯汽車產品安全水平。
