本意指“把手裡所有的牌擺在桌面上,
（lay one's cards on the table, reveal one's cards）”
後比喻“把事情的有關情況都向對方公開，表明自己的真實意圖”，
我們常用：“show one's hand”，
意思是：“to make one's plans, intentions,
ideas, or resources known to others,
especially those
that were previously hidden or kept secret”。

come clean
(1) come clean “和盤托出，說出實情，老實交代，坦白”
英語解釋為tell the truth about something you have done。
(2) come clean with sb. “向某人坦白”
(3) come clean about sth. “坦白某事，老實交代某事”
例
A: Break up with Ronni.
和羅妮分手。
B: I can't do that!
我辦不到。
A: Then come clean with Ma! This is not right!
不然就向媽坦白。這樣是不對的！
I have to come clean so she can move on with her life.
