多家公司“強制下班”上熱搜!員工:到點被“掃雷式”趕走

近日,多家公司“強制下班”的訊息衝上熱搜,引發網友的廣泛關注。
Some Chinese companies are beginning to shift away from long working hours, with the news of drone manufacturer DJI and home appliance giant Midea Group enforcing strict clock-out times gaining traction on social media in China.
日前,有網友稱,總部位於廣東佛山的美的開始提倡:各部門領導嚴謹控制加班,規定18:20後不允許有人還在公司加班,同時也禁止了員工就餐後再返回工位繼續加班的現象。有網友稱,“一到下班時間,HR就開始挨著部門催促大家抓緊時間下班。”
對此,美的回應媒體時表示,今年以來,美的就明確了關於簡化工作方式要求的“六條禁令”,其中就包括“嚴禁下班時間開會、形式主義加班”,透過身體力行踐行“反內卷”,倡導健康的企業文化,提供給員工更豐富多彩的業餘生活。
Netizens disclosed that Midea Group's human resources department has instructed employees to leave work by 6:20 pm and prohibited them from returning to the office after dinner.
In response, Midea Group said that at the start of this year, the company implemented six stringent regulations to streamline work processes, such as prohibiting post-work meetings and unnecessary overtime driven by bureaucratic formalities.
與此同時,熱搜下多個美的官方賬號也回應稱“被老闆催著關燈下班”、“到了六點就回家”。
不僅僅是美的,從2月27日開始,有訊息稱大疆強制員工晚上9點必須下班。

在社交平臺上,不少打工人曬出了自己被“趕”下班的經歷;有員工直呼“人生第一次被趕出公司”;還有的員工喜迎強制下班晚高峰。
據悉,從2月27日開始,這個要求已實行一週有餘。據報道,大疆深圳總部一到晚上9點,主管和HR分三輪趕人下班,禁止員工加班,9點以後,HR、BP開始掃雷式趕人。
DJI reportedly launched a campaign on Feb 27 to mandate their employees to leave the office at 9 pm. Managers and human resource specialists at the company headquarters in Shenzhen, South China's Guangdong province, would urge the staffers to leave office as soon as the clock sound the 9 o'clock.
Some employees from the company shared on Chinese lifestyle app Xiaohongshu, or RedNote, their experience of being driven out of the company at night.
在相關訊息的評論區,不少網友表示“本來就該這樣!”“希望別家也趕快跟進。”
不過也有人表示,正在遭遇“被加班”。
