歡迎各位英語老師參加2025年1月23日由地區英語專案辦公室(Regional English Language Office)舉辦的英語教師沙龍。本次沙龍由Lidija Kostic主持,活動時間為14:00-16:00。Lidija將與大家分享 Interactive and Collaborative Activities for Increased Language Output。此活動免費面向各學段在職英語教師、教研人員及英語專業在校生學生,但需預約。活動限30人,實名註冊,名滿即止。
Join us for the English Teacher Roundtable on January 23, 2025, hosted by the Regional English Language Office of the U.S. Embassy in China. Led by the English Language Fellow, Lidija Kostic, the event will take place from 14:00 to 16:00, offering a valuable opportunity for English educators to explore Interactive and Collaborative Activities for Increased Language Output.
This free event welcomes in-service English teachers across all educational levels, teacher researchers, and university students majoring in English. Limited to 30 participants, registration is mandatory and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

Topic: Interactive and Collaborative Activities for Increased Language Output
Increasing opportunities for language output in the classroom can help students improve their English language speaking skills while allowing teachers to utilize varied teaching strategies. In this seminar, we will discuss ways to include interactive and collaborative language activities within the classroom. The presenter will introduce several activities that can be easily integrated into any lesson and will encourage student interaction and collaboration.
Trainer Bio
Lidija Kostic is an experienced English language educator and a current participant in the English Language Fellow Program, a U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs exchange program. She is currently serving as an English Language Instructor at Xi’an International University’s College of International Cooperation, where she teaches English Speaking and IELTS Speaking courses. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Lidija is actively engaged with the University’s English-Speaking Club, where she helps students enhance their English-speaking skills through interactive and engaging activities. Lidija has a diverse teaching background, having taught English in Japan and worked with students across various age groups, from young learners to adults. She holds an M.A. in TESOL from California State University, Sacramento, and has also taught English to adult immigrant and refugee learners in the Sacramento area.

You must bring both your valid photo ID and registration confirmation in order to get into the BAC. Copies or pictures of IDs will not be accepted. Large bags and laptops will not be allowed into BAC for this event. Portable electronic devices, such as mobile phones, iPads and other tablets, and smartwatches are allowed to get in the BAC. Please wait in line at the East Gate of the embassy.
