韻達被立案調查

國家郵政局網站3月19日訊息，韻達快遞部分加盟企業對協議客戶安全管理存在重大漏洞，導致涉詐騙宣傳品進入寄遞渠道，造成受害人重大財產損失。上海韻達貨運有限公司對其加盟商管理缺位，負有未按規定實行安全保障統一管理責任，國家郵政局依法對上海韻達貨運有限公司進行立案調查。

China's State Post Bureau (SPB) said on Wednesday that it has launched an investigation into express delivery provider Yunda Express for significant loopholes in its safety management of contracted customers, which allowed fraudulent promotional materials to enter the delivery channels, causing substantial losses to victims.

The investigation was triggered by incidents involving some franchisees of Yunda Express, which were found to have distributed scam-related promotional materials via Yunda's courier services, resulting in significant financial losses for victims, according to a statement on the official website of the SPB on Wednesday.

effectively and bears responsibility for not implementing unified safety assurance measures as required," said the statement, adding that the SPB initiated the investigation in accordance with the law.

韻達回應被立案調查

3月20日，據深交所官網公示，韻達股份釋出《關於因加盟網點違規收寄被調查的公告》。全資子公司上海韻達貨運有限公司於2025年3月19日收到行業主管部門對上海韻達貨運有限公司立案調查的通報。

《公告》稱，收到通報後，公司高度重視，成立專項工作專班進行內部調查。針對公司加盟網點快遞服務環節存在的管理問題，公司己立即部署整改工作，要求對服務流程和管理制度進行整改完善，積極配合行業主管部門的調查工作，嚴格按照監管要求進行整改；後續公司將持續強化管理及加盟網點管控，最佳化快遞查驗流程，加大對加盟網點的培訓力度，提升識別偽裝物品的專業能力，堅決杜絕此類事件再次發生。
