當你眼前有一隻飛舞的蚊子,你第一反應是不是——雙手夾擊,用力猛拍!主打一個拼手速,絕不讓它有可乘之機!
但是大家有沒有發現,往往一頓操作猛如虎,最後……手拍疼了不說,蚊子基本拍不到!
冷知識揭秘:拍蚊子也有正確的姿勢!

蚊子的翅膀構造加上它不同尋常的運動模式(可以把它想象成俯衝飛行的飛機),更適合上下飛行。
當你拍掌的時候,蚊子基本會向上或向下逃竄。真想拍中蚊子,正確的手勢應該是上下合掌,這樣一發擊中的機率會更高!

當然啦!除了拍蚊技巧,被叮咬後的蚊子包想要快速止癢,也是有小妙招的!

Due to their unique wing structure and flight patterns — which resemble the sudden dives of an airplane — mosquitoes tend to escape upward or downward when threatened. So, instead of clapping your hands sideways, try bringing your palms together from above and below. This vertical approach significantly improves your chances of success.
塗肥皂,及時止損
雖然蚊子的唾液被注入皮膚,且外用的肥皂無法真正觸達唾液所在位置,但用肥皂水清洗能及時清潔傷口,沖洗掉傷口附近絕大多數致病細菌,防止傷口的進一步感染。
Although the mosquito's saliva is injected into the skin and the external soap can't really reach the location of the saliva, washing with soapy water can promptly clean the wound, rinsing away the vast majority of pathogenic bacteria near the wound to prevent further infection.

塗冰塊,讓皮膚冷靜一下

If ice isn't available, alternatives like cooling floral water, menthol oil, or other ointments with a cooling fragrance work just as well.

掐十字,以痛抵癢
這個方法有效的前提是——掐得夠疼!只要疼痛足夠強烈,讓部分傳遞癢感的神經轉為傳遞痛覺,那麼癢感就不明顯了。雖然只是短暫的止癢一下下,但這種充滿儀式感的操作讓人樂此不疲,順便還能練練字。

Although the three methods mentioned above are somewhat effective, the relief they provide is only temporary. If you want to truly relieve itching, you can try calamine lotion. If you have a skin type prone to pigmentation and easily get dark marks, or if your mosquito bites are significantly swollen, then simply stopping the itch is not enough—you will also need to apply ointments. For example, you can use corticosteroid creams like mometasone furoate cream or fluticasone propionate cream to suppress allergic reactions. The earlier you apply the medication, the less likely you are to develop dark marks.

最後,注意!以下這兩種方法,再癢也別用!
▌塗口水
不少人認為塗一點口水在蚊子包上,能殺菌止癢。住嘴啊,這個方法真的沒用!首先,我們的口腔裡本身就有各種細菌。其次,讓我們想象一下,如果口水能殺菌,就不會有許多病是“從口入”啦!

▌大力撓
蚊子包越撓越癢,真的不是你的錯覺。瘙癢會天然地激發人的搔抓反射,大腦接收到撓癢帶來的爽感之後,並不會讓你就此停手,而是會慫恿你——繼續撓!多撓!大力撓!一旦撓破,帶來細菌感染,可能會從蚊子包變膿包,到時候留疤哭都來不及!
