Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun on Tuesday night expressed his deepest condolences after a fatal accident involving a Xiaomi SU7 electric vehicle (EV), saying that the accident is still under investigation and pledging that the company will continue to cooperate with the police investigation."I'm deeply saddened by the accident on night of Mar 29. The lives of three young girls were lost — a heart-breaking loss for their families, friends, and for all of us. On behalf of Xiaomi, I extend my deepest condolences and sincere sympathies to the families," Lei said in a post on his social media account on Tuesday night.
雷軍表示,“等到此時,我覺得我不應該再等了,我必須站出來,代表小米承諾:無論發生什麼,小米都不會迴避,我們將持續配合警方調查,跟進事情處理的進展,並盡最大努力回應家屬和社會關心的問題。”

01 網上傳聞,安徽事故發生後,小米官方為什麼不聯絡家屬?
碰撞發生後,我們立即與車主取得聯絡,瞭解到非車主本人在駕駛。同時,緊急救援呼叫車上乘員,並報警、呼叫120急救服務。
3月30日,我們的專項小組趕赴銅陵,在警方的指導下,積極配合調查、取證等各項工作,並於31日晚依法向警方提交完成我們所掌握的車輛行駛資料及系統執行資訊。
3月31日,在警方指導下,我們嘗試於4月1日下午與家屬會面。截至此次答網友問發出時止,我們仍在等待會面通知。我們將在警方的許可與指導下,全力協助善後事宜,並提供支援與幫助。

03 事故發生時,路況和車速情況是什麼樣?
事發路段因施工修繕,用路障封閉自車道、改道至逆向車道。
事故發生前,車輛處於NOA智慧輔助駕駛狀態,以116km/h時速持續行駛,車輛檢測出障礙物後發出提醒並開始減速。隨後駕駛員接管車輛進入人駕狀態,持續減速並操控車輛轉向,隨後車輛與隔離帶水泥樁發生碰撞。碰撞前,系統最後可以確認的時速約為97km/h。
04 車輛發生事故後為什麼會起火?
事故發生後,當地警方隨即抵達現場,全面介入調查事故,目前仍在調查中。
基於目前已知情況,我們僅能確定,事故車起火併非部分網傳的“自燃”,推測系猛烈撞擊隔離帶水泥樁後,整車系統嚴重受損導致。我們尚未接觸到事故車輛,目前暫時無法進行進一步的深入分析。
05 事故後,車門是否能開啟?
我們尚未接觸事故車輛,無法分析事故時車門是否可以開啟。

06 事故發生時,AEB等主動安全功能是否觸發?
本次事件中,NOA提示“注意障礙”後已啟動減速。約1秒後,駕駛員接管,NOA功能退出了。
小米SU7 標準版有前向防碰撞輔助功能包括碰撞預警 (FCW) 和緊急制動 (AEB) 兩個子功能,作用物件是車輛、行人、二輪車三類目標,其中AEB功能工作速度在 8-135km/h之間。這個功能和行業同配置的AEB功能類似,目前不響應錐桶、水馬、石頭、動物等障礙物。
