My Help我的幫助
Psalm 121:1-2 I lift up my eyes to the mountains— where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.
詩篇121：1-2 我要向高山舉目；我的幫助從何而來？我的幫助從造天地的耶和華而來。
Psalm 28:7 The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me. My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise him.
詩篇28：7 耶和華是我的力量，是我的盾牌；我心裡倚靠他就得幫助。所以我心中歡樂，我必用詩歌頌讚他。
Psalm 146:5 Blessed are those whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the LORD their God.

1. My help comes from the LORD Almighty, the Maker of heaven and earth.

2. Trust in God, who is my strength and my shield.
2. 我要倚靠是我盾牌和力量的上帝。
3. Let God be my help and let me put my hope in him.
3. 要以上帝為幫助、仰望祂。
4. May I choose God's precepts so his hand will be ready to help me.
4. 我要選擇上帝的話語，常常求祂的幫助。
Prayer:
Father God, may we be filled with the Holy Spirit and your word so that in whatever situation, we will trust in you, always experience your help, and give thanks to you.
禱告：
阿爸天父，求你每天讓聖靈充滿我們，讓你的話語充滿我們，無論在何種情況下我們都要倚靠你，求時常成為我們的幫助，我們感謝你。
