不要放棄
Psalm 42:5 Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God.
詩篇42:5 我的心哪，你為何憂悶？為何在我裡面煩躁？應當仰望上帝，因他笑臉幫助我；我還要稱讚他。
Luke 18:1 Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up.
路加福音18:1 耶穌設一個比喻，是要人常常禱告，不可灰心。
2 Corinthians 4:16 Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.
哥林多後書4:16 所以，我們不喪膽。外體雖然毀壞，內心卻一天新似一天。
1. Do not be discouraged, but put your hope in God.
1. 不要憂悶，要仰望上帝。
2. Do not give up but pray always.
2. 不要放棄，要常常禱告。
3. Inwardly we are being renewed day by day therefore do not lose heart.
3. 不要喪膽，我們的內心一天新似一天。
Prayer:
Father God, help us not to be discouraged in the midst of difficulty but to put our hope in God and pray always. Guide us to be renewed inwardly day by day.
禱告：
阿爸天父，請幫助我們在人生的困境中可以不要憂慮，能夠仰望你，常常禱告，讓我們的內心一天新似一天。
