科研實踐人員

一、專案簡介：本專案由北師大心理學部徐慰副教授課題組與301醫院醫學專家共同合作，專注於0-15歲孤獨症（ASD）人群及家庭的深入研究。

二、研究主要聚焦於：

1.運用團隊自主研發的《FAIR課程》開展提升孤獨症（自閉症）兒童父母/主要照顧者的心理健康水平與家庭康復技能訓練相關研究。

2.運用團隊自主研發的《ISSAC課程》開展針對孤獨症兒童個體康復訓練研究。

3.使用功能性近紅外光譜技術（fNIRS）或腦電探索孤獨症人群的神經發病與干預效果機制研究。

注：我們計劃招募15名科研/實踐人員加入團隊，北京地區優先，共同推進這一重要研究專案。我們不收取任何學習費用，亦不提供任何薪金報酬。專案工作安排靈活，無需固定坐班。

三、申請條件（以下至少滿足之一）：

1.熟悉ABA及NDBI有rbt，bcaba，bcba，有一線孤獨症康復干預經驗；

2.有語言干預，社交干預，生活技能干預等試驗研究經驗，包括行為學或電生理（腦電、fNIRS）經驗；

3.有特殊兒童家長團體心理諮詢（心理健康教育）經驗，並熟悉認知行為流派、正念技術；

4.具有心理學、特殊教育學、認知神經科學、醫學、計算機科學等相關專業背景且在大三及以上者優先；

5.深入瞭解過R，Matlab等資料分析軟體，或是Psychopy等心理學實驗編寫軟體，或是互動小遊戲製作軟體者優先；

四、您將獲得：

1.科研成果署名（文章、課題、書籍、專利和軟體著作權等），需深度參與；

2.參與《FAIR課程》、《ISSAC課程》，並於線下進行整期授課工作跟進或參與科研工作，均透過課題組考核後，可獲得心理諮詢實踐證明或科研參與證明；

3.表現優異者可推薦到北京地區《ISSAC課程》、《FAIR課程》聯盟機構單位（兒童健康成長中心）實習和就業。

4.表現優異者有機會獲得導師推薦信，並可能被推薦攻讀課題組的碩士/博士學位。

Duties and Responsibilities

The position is for a post-baccalaureate research assistant who will help experimental design, data collection, data analysis, and manuscript writing. The experimental design work involves programming experiments in Matlab, working collaboratively with teammates to develop experimental methods, and helping develop novel hypotheses about the visual perception of shapes.

The data collection work involves posting timeslots on SONA and running in-person experiments on Loyola campus. Data analysis involves analyzing and interpreting data. Manuscript writing involves writing up results (e.g., creating tables that present data), assistance with literature reviews, references, and formatting. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and/or Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree in related field and zero-one year of related experience.

JOB SUMMARY

Our research program focuses on understanding and addressing socioeconomic and behavioral determinants of HIV risk and engagement in HIV prevention and treatment care among vulnerable populations with respect to the HIV epidemic, including men who have sex with men, transgender and non-binary people, and people who use drugs.

Our ongoing projects are based in the U.S. and Brazil and include mixed-methods research with key populations and healthcare providers to examine acceptability and preferences across HIV prevention methods as well as barriers and facilitators to accessing HIV prevention and treatment services; to develop educational materials to aid HIV prevention decision-making; to implement behavioral interventions to promote engagement in HIV prevention and treatment care; among others.

The Research Assistant will support the design and implementation of these different projects, including project management, data collection, analysis, and manuscript writing.

【匹茲堡大學醫學中心】

Research Project Assistant

The Sleep, Affective Neuroscience, and Development

Lab (www.sleepneuro.pitt.edu) is seeking a full-time Research Project Assistant to lead participant clinical evaluations in studies examining how sleep and circadian rhythms impact mood in adolescents and young adults with or at-risk for mood disorders.

This person will be responsible for conducting participant consent/assent and standardized clinical assessments; completing clinical documentation and data entry; and providing clinical supervision to junior staff. This individual will work closely with a lab coordinator, other research staff, directed research students, and the data manager.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in the DSM-5, experience with semi-structured clinical interviews (such as SCID, MINI, or K-SADS), and demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism. They should also excel in interpersonal communication, teamwork, dependability, flexibility, and leadership. This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days of remote work per week.
