不吃早飯有什麼危害?
▌不吃早餐膽囊很“受傷” 
肝臟是製造膽汁的“工廠”,不吃飯時,膽囊負責儲存膽汁,並將膽汁濃縮。膽囊內膽汁經過一夜儲存,膽固醇的飽和度較高。不吃早飯,儲存了一晚上的膽汁沒有辦法排洩出來幫助消化,容易在膽囊內形成膽固醇的結晶,進而誘發膽囊炎或膽囊結石。
The liver manufactures bile, while the gallbladder stores and concentrates it. When stored overnight, bile becomes highly saturated with cholesterol. Skipping breakfast inhibits bile excretion, promoting the crystallization of cholesterol and potentially resulting in the formation of gallstones or cholecystitis.
▌不吃早飯易患脂肪肝
如果不吃早餐,一直處於飢餓狀態,身體就會動員皮下脂肪或形成脂肪代謝物,長期堆積在肝臟裡,容易誘發脂肪肝。而且,不吃早餐,中午更容易暴飲暴食,患脂肪肝風險更高。
Prolonged fasting triggers fat mobilization, causing fat metabolites to accumulate in the liver. Skipping breakfast also increases the likelihood of overeating at lunch, further raising fatty liver risks.
▌不吃早飯更易長胖,提高患糖尿病風險
不吃早餐的人,常常到吃午餐時,因為飢餓就忘卻了減肥而情不自禁地吃得快吃得多,還容易吃高糖高脂的食物,不僅容易發胖,還會引起胰島素峰值延遲以及血漿胰島素降低,胰島素敏感性受損,增加患2型糖尿病的風險。
Skipping breakfast also increases the likelihood of overeating at lunch, further raising the risks of fatty liver. Additionally, skipping breakfast disrupts insulin secretion, leading to prolonged high post-meal blood sugar levels and increasing the risk of diabetes.
▌營養不良、免疫力下降
