How to Book a Cleaning Appointment
First you will need to dowloand the 阿姨幫 App as shown on the left image below..
Once you open the app we will be selecting 'single time cleaning' as shown below (1)
Completing your Details
The cleaning appointment page will appear showing you the hourly price of the cleaning service per hour in your city (2)
At the bottom of the page you'll see the total price for two hours which is the minimum booking.
Press continue (3) to proceed with your order.
On the next page you should fill in your address (4), select the number of cleaning personnel you need (5) and select the number of hours of cleaning service you need. (6)
The App may prompt you to login at this point, you can login easily using wechat.
Once you have completed all the fields press the button at the bottom of the page to proceed.
Choosing Service Time and Duration
On the next page you will see various appointment times, these are the start times of your cleaning serviice. You may find that time slots for today and grayed out, because they are already fully booked, consider looking at tomorrow's apppointment times for more choice.
Once you have selected a time slot press the button at the bottom of the page to proceed. (7)
The next page is a review of your order detail, check that your address and cleaning time slot are all correct before pressing confirm at the bottom of the page (8) you will then be taken to the payment screen, and can complete the booking.
What will happen next?
After you have made the appointment and paid you will get a booking confirmation. You can check your booking any time within the App.
Your cleaning person may call you before the appointment to confirm the address and time.
What can be cleaned?
The process outlined above is for the regular cleaning service. For deep cleaning, window cleaning or specialist cleaning such as AC or oven, there are other services available on the app.
Regular cleaning includes:
Floors
Surfaces
Bathroom
Kitchen
Important Notes
Make sure you book enough time for the cleaning person to do a thorough job. A good suggestion is 1 hour per 25 sq m of apartment.
The cleaning person will havve their own mop, bucket and wash clothes, or you can request they use your own.
The cleaning person may also need to use your products such as toilet cleaner to complete the job.
