職責
1. 負責拓展私人銀行客戶,與客戶建立良好關係,並維護現有客戶關係,確保客戶滿意度高;
2. 瞭解客戶財務狀況、風險偏好和投資目標,為客戶提供個性化的財富管理解決方案;
3. 負責管理客戶的資產組合,併為客戶提供相應的投資建議,以及按照客戶要求執行相關投資交易;
4. 與內部團隊緊密合作,確保為客戶提供高質量的金融產品和服務,包括投資產品、外匯交易及股票產品等;

要求

Assistant Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking

Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain corporate business portfolio including lending, trade finance and deposits both in Hong Kong SAR and on the China's mainland.
2. Explore new business opportunities and actively participate in the marketing and selling of the Bank's corporate financial services in the areas of corporate lending, trade financing, structured transactions, syndication, treasury and other financial services.
3. Conduct credit analysis and prepare sound credit proposals with persuasive and objective arguments.
Requirements
1. Degree holders or above in business- or finance-related disciplines.
2. Minimum 2 years relationship manager with proven track record in handling business independently.
3. Strong credit analysis and risk management skills, good knowledge of corporate banking products and relevant Hong Kong SAR and the China's mainland banking regulations.

Treasury Sales – Financial Market

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for sales & marketing full range of treasury products including  FX/Fixed income products, include cash bond, FX, interest rates swap, structure deposit, credit derivatives etc.and services to our corporate and institutional clients.
2. Establish and develop business relationship with financial institutional clients (both bank and non-bank FI) ,promote treasury product solutions to meet client needs.
3. In collaboration with Relationship Managers to provide hedging/investment solution to our corporate clients.
4. Quote price and execute transactions for clients.
Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematical Statistics, Information Technology, New Energy, New Materials Science and Engineering majors are preferred.
2. Minimum 2 year relevant experience with thorough understanding of the flow of Treasury and working experience in FX/Fixed income market.
3. Familiar with onshore and offshore China Bond market, familiar with Bond Connect business will be a plus.
4. Holder of licenses for Type 1 and/ or 4 regulated activities.
5. Self-initiative and a good team player.
6. Experience on conducting financial institutional client onboard process will be a plus.
7. Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must, Cantonese will be a plus.

Credit Risk Manager/AVP

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for credit risk exposure and concentration risk computation, limit monitoring and control, asset quality monitoring, etc.
2. Responsible for MIS reporting and regulatory reporting;
3. Support the Financial Department in the calculation and reporting of IFRS9 provision & impairment figures;
4. Perform data extraction and portfolio analysis as required by senior management or regulators;
5. Enhance internal credit policies and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements;
6. Drive credit risk management system enhancement and automation.
7. Internal rating monitoring and control.
Requirements
1. Degree holder in Banking & Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, Information System or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking and Finance with relevant experience.
3. Good Knowledge of risk management concept, primarily credit risk, IFRS9, loan classification and BASEL;
4. Excellent data analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience using statistical or programming tools such as SAS or EXCEL VBA will be an advantage;
5. Familiar with Hong Kong SAR and China's mainland banking regulatory rules;
6. Self-motivated, analytical-minded and able to handle multi-tasks under tight schedule;

Manager, Credit Administration Loan Center

Responsibilities
1. Prepare facility / security documentation based on approved credit proposal and follow up the proper execution before limit activation.
2. Liaise with lawyer and Legal and Compliance Department in drawing up non-standard loan documentation.
3. Follow up condition precedents / subsequent; monitor the breach of undertakings and covenants and initiate proper actions.
4. Handle various types of securities including property mortgage.
5. Handle loan drawdown, rollover, interest payment and loan repayment.
6. Prepare regulatory and internal reports.

Syndication Loan Originator, Capital Market

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for loan origination and execution of syndicated and structured loans;
2. Solicit potential clients for syndicated loan;
3. Assess the credit worthiness of prospective borrowers, conduct market comparable analysis, due diligence, prepare syndication risk analysis and perform cashflow analysis;
4. Prepare information memorandum and presentation materials by obtaining relevant market information and liaison with customers directly;
5. Formulate syndication strategy based on research on market appetite, competing deal(s) and market depth analysis;
6. Negotiate with borrower, legal counsel and lenders on loan agreement;
7. Support co-marketing with head office / other branches as needed.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines;

3. Strong analytical skills and highly numerate and articulate;
4. Good presentation skills. A team player with strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
5. Can work efficiently and independently under minimal supervision;
6. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
