CGTN記者提問：DeepSeek異軍突起，向全球展示了中國在人工智慧領域的創新能力。也有人說，美國無法接受中國科技的創新領先，有可能會“比不過就搶”、“得不到就毀”，這是他們對中國科技崛起的本能反應。您如何看待中美在科技領域的競爭？
王毅表示，這段時間，中國的科技創新不斷突破了人們的想象。從當年的“兩彈一星”，到“神舟”、“嫦娥”，再到5G、量子計算，DeepSeek，一代代中國人的奮鬥從未止步，中國的科技強國之路越走越寬。
Generations of the Chinese people have never stopped in their endeavor for innovation. We are witnessing an ever-expanding horizon for China to become a science and technology powerhouse.
當然，這條道路並非一片坦途。無論是航天科技，還是晶片製造，外部施加的無理打壓從未停歇過。但哪裡有封鎖，哪裡就有突圍；哪裡有打壓，哪裡就有創新；暴風雨最猛烈的地方，恰恰是“哪吒鬧海”、“一飛沖天”的舞臺。中國有句古詩說得好，“青山遮不住，畢竟東流去”。小院高牆擋不住創新思維，脫鉤斷鏈最終將孤立自己。
Where there is blockade, there is breakthrough; where there is suppression, there is innovation; where there is the fiercest storm, there is the platform launching China's science and technology skyward like the Chinese mythological hero Nezha soaring into the heavens.As an ancient Chinese verse goes, "No mountains can stop the surging flow of a mighty river." Likewise, "high fences and small yards" cannot suppress the spirit of innovation, and decoupling and supply chains disruption will only lead to self-isolation.
科學技術不應成為編織鐵幕的工具，而應當是普惠共享的財富。為推動人類的共同發展，中方認真落實習近平主席提出的《人工智慧全球治理倡議》，釋出《人工智慧能力建設普惠計劃》，同巴西、南非、非盟發起“開放科學國際合作倡議”，呼籲重視全球南方的科技能力建設，不讓任何一個國家掉隊。我們願意同更多的國家分享創新成果，同大家一起追逐星辰大海。
Science and technology should not be used to put up an iron curtain. It should be the wealth that benefits all and is shared by all. We are ready to share the fruits of our innovation with more countries and jointly explore the mysteries of the stars and oceans.
