其實日常空調溫度建議設定在26℃-28℃的“黃金區間”,這個區間不會因為溫度太低導致空調病,體感最舒適,而且也相對省電。白天25℃-26℃體感舒適,夜間睡眠可升至27℃-28℃,避免後半夜過冷。
但總的來說,別捨不得開空調,記住這幾點,空調既省電又舒服。

2. 除溼模式:除溼模式潮溼地區首選,當溼度>60%時(如南方梅雨季),除溼模式比製冷省電30%,同時體感溫度下降2℃-3℃。乾燥的北方地區則不建議,避免呼吸道太乾不適。

建議風扇擺放位置:置於空調下方,將冷風吹向房間深處,可選擇柔風/自然風。

這樣避免冷風直吹人體,減少“頭痛/關節痛”,同時實現全屋溫度均衡。
