為了增進歐美各國和中國青年之間的相互瞭解和友誼，促進中西文化的民間交流，我們將於 2025年7月27日-8月5日舉辦《2025暑期學生人文交流–上海&浙江行》活動。
主要活動包據參觀上海和浙江各地歷史文化名勝、體驗中國傳統文化、與中國學生交流互動等活動。

面向物件：僅限擁有美國或歐洲國籍的學生(14 週歲以上，當前居住地不限）
日期(北京時間): 2025/7/27(接機)-2025/8/5(送機)

費用:
1. 報名費：$150/每人，報名成功後不返還；

2. Deposit：$300/每人，全程完成專案後，於 8 月 24 日前後全額返還；

3. 國際往返機票和交通費、簽證費、保險等：報名人自付；
4. 專案期間在中國的相關住宿、交通、餐飲、活動等均免費。
活動要求：
  1. 赴華簽證需自行提前辦理，7 月 27 日需到達上海;
  2. 學生家長或監護人不參與陪同，中美承辦方均將安排帶隊教師全程帶隊;
  3. 為安全起見，參加學生全程需遵守即定行程活動規定、聽從帶隊教師安排、不得隨意改變或增加個人活動。學生及家長提前需簽署並在報名表中上傳 waiver form。
專案行程簡介：
7/27：上海浦東機場接機、入住、遊覽外灘、南京路。
7/28-8/4：考察和遊覽上海、浙江等地，包括上海豫園、杭州西湖、縉雲仙都黃帝文化景區，京杭大運河、南潯古鎮、青山湖水上森林、科技城、與杭州各大中學校的學生共同體驗中國茶文化、飲食、書畫、漢服藝術等。
8/5：上海浦東機場送機。

2025 Student Cultural Exchange – Shanghai and Zhejiang Tour
To enhance mutual understanding and friendship between youth from the United States, Europe, and China, and to promote cultural exchange between China and the West, we will host the "2025 Student Cultural Exchange – Shanghai and Zhejiang Tour" from July 27 to August 5, 2025. 
The mainactivities will include visits to historical and cultural landmarks in Shanghai and various locations in Zhejiang, experiencing traditional Chinese culture, and engaging in interactive exchanges with Chinese students.
Guiding Organization: Zhejiang Provincial Education Association for International Exchange
Chinese Organizing Institution: Zhejiang A&F University
U.S. Organizing Institutions: ZUAA-GWDC Foundation, Capital Youth Outreach Club
Eligibility: Students aged 14 and above with U.S. or European citizenship

Program Dates (Beijing Time): July 27, 2024 (arrival) – August 5, 2025 (departure)

Costs

:

1. Registration Fee: $150 per person, non-refundable upon successful registration.

2. Deposit: $300 per person, fully refundable after program completion by August 24.

3. International round-trip airfare, transportation, insurance, and visa fees: To be covered by the participant.

4. In-China expenses during the program (accommodation, transportation, meals, activities): 

Free of charge.

Participation Requirements

:

1. Participants must obtain their visa in advance and arrive in Shanghai by July 27.
2. Parents or guardians will not accompany the students. Organizing institutions will provide chaperones throughout the program.

3. For safety reasons, students must adhere to the scheduled itinerary, follow the instructions of chaperones, and not change or add personal activities. Students and parents must sign and upload a waiver form in advance.

Program Itinerary

:
July 27: Pick-up at Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG), hotel check-in, tour of the Bund and Nanjing Road.
July 28 – August 4: Explore cultural landmarks in Shanghai and Zhejiang, including The Bund, Yu Garden, West Lake, Xianju Yellow Emperor Cultural Scenic Area, the Grand Canal, Nanxun Ancient Town, and Qingshan Lake Water Forest. Enjoy cultural exchanges with Hangzhou students, experiencing tea culture, cuisine, calligraphy, and Hanfu art. etc.
August 5: Shanghai Pudong International Airport.
