(ANS)非洲風光
展現非洲自然生態與地理地貌的壯美圖景。作品可涉及草原、森林、沙漠、河流、湖泊、海岸線及村落風貌等，記錄非洲大陸的自然之美與原生態魅力。
(AW)非洲野生動物
拍攝在非洲的野生動物，拍攝主體是指各種生活在自然狀態下野外獨立生存的動物，或在被保護的棲息地中自由且不受限制的動物。野生動物不只限於陸地動物，海洋動物、鳥類以及昆蟲、藻類等亦屬於野生動物。不接受拍攝生活在動物園、遊樂場、農場、水族館或任何生活在限定環境下的動物的作品。
(AC)非洲人文
聚焦非洲大陸豐富多彩的人文生活與社會面貌。內容包括民俗風情、宗教信仰、傳統節慶、手工藝、服飾文化、市場生活、教育場景等，傳達非洲各地人民的生活狀態與精神風貌。
(UAM)非洲城市與現代化
城市化、建築、交通以及過去與未來的對比。

7、投稿作品要求：投稿作品必須為由投稿者持有全部版權的原創作品。投稿作品不得包含參賽者嵌入的任何標記、邊框、文字等內容。投稿作品檔案必須保留有數碼照片拍攝時的原始引數，如EXIF等資訊，作品規格要求為JPG格式，長邊3000PX幅寬以上，作品檔案為3.5MB以上。評選後入選作品，將由主辦單位透過郵件email向參賽者調取原始檔案（RAW格式檔案或者未經任何影像處理軟體修改過的JPG格式檔案）和調整後的檔案。請參賽者務必將拍攝的原始檔案和調整後的檔案在規定時間內向主辦方提交，逾期者或不提供者視為自動放棄入圍資格。
請確認投稿作品保留有拍攝的原始檔案（RAW格式檔案或者未經任何影像處理軟體修改過的JPG格式檔案）後再進行投稿，已丟失原始檔案的作品請勿投稿。
8、參賽作品創作時間不限。
9、任何人均可參賽，參賽作品必須符合大賽主題，作品黑白、彩色不限，數碼與膠片作品不限，不接受組圖投稿，作品應配有簡短的文字說明（包括時間、地點、人物、事件等）。
10、本屆賽事不接受Ai作品，由電腦創意或原始影像被過度改變的作品不能作為本次大賽的參賽作品，參賽者可以使用PS或者Lr相關軟體對提交的作品包圍爆光，同一時間與地點的景深合成、亮度、對比度和色彩飽和度方面做適度輕微調整及構圖剪裁，不接受Ai電腦技術做合成、添景造物、大幅度色彩改變和電腦創意。
11. 投稿無人機拍攝的風景作品必須攝於允許使用無人機的國家與地區，並且沒有違反任何法律規定。
12. 不接受任何拍攝鳥巢和幼鳥的作品，不接受用誘餌和任何干擾或擺拍鳥類與野生動物的作品。不接受透過使用航空飛行器、無人機拍攝野生動物與鳥類作品，除非在拍攝前已經獲得書面的許可。
13. 不接受透過無人機拍攝任何有人活動的作品，除非在拍攝前已經獲得書面的許可。
14、2016-2025歷屆由北美攝影協會舉辦的攝影大賽入選作品、獲獎作品均不接受投稿參賽，請勿再次投稿。

The organizers North America Photography Association (NAPA) and the World Cultural Arts Organization (UNWCAO) reserve the right to use all submitted and winning images within the copyright protection period. The organizer has unlimited non-exclusive rights to use the high-resolution image files for marketing, promotions, publishing, exhibition, screening, public archives, and media (including social media, online and print). For all images except those that have been granted, the copyright owner shall grant (napa) the right to freely use the submitted or winning images within the copyright protection period. 5. Disclaimer: It is entrants’ legal responsibility to ensure that the submitted images do not infringe portrait rights, rights to reputation, music copyrights, etc. If an image contains people, it is the entrants’ responsibility to ensure that the image has been taken and will be used with the consent and permission of anyone who is identifiable in the image. It is also the entrants’ responsibility to ensure that the submitted images do not infringe any third party’s rights (such as copyrights, portrait rights, rights to reputation and privacy, etc.). If any losses are caused to the organizer due to these legal disputes, the entrant shall compensate the organizer for all losses. By entering this competition, you hereby accept this term and condition.
6. Limits of Liability: Each contest entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless the North America Photography Association (NAPA), the World Cultural Arts Organization (UNWCAO), their sponsoring agencies, and each of their commissioners, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents, and representatives (collectively referred to as the “Released Parties”) from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, damages, or costs (including, without limitation, legal fees and litigation expenses), arising out of or in any way related to: (1) this contest, including, without limitation, any liability arising from the use, processing or preparation of the finished Photograph(s) submitted by each entrant and loss or damage to the Photograph(s); (2) any prize won; or (3) any use of the entry materials provided, except for the gross negligence of the RELEASED PARTIES. For the purposes of this Consent, Waiver of Liability and Release form (“Release”), the term “Photograph(s)” shall mean and refer to all or any portion of any visual image submitted to the North America Photography Association in United Nations (napa) or their sponsoring agencies.
7. Copyrights & Usage Rights: The organizers of the North America Photography Association (NAPA) and the World Cultural Arts Organization (UNWCAO) fully recognize that you, as the author of the image, retain full ownership of the copyright to each image submitted to the contest.
8. I understand that the terms herein are contractual and not a mere recital, that this instrument is legally binding, and that I have voluntarily agreed to these terms. The North America Photography Association (NAPA) and the World Cultural Arts Organization (UNWCAO) reserve the right to interpret, amend, or clarify the competition rules and terms at their sole discretion. By entering this competition all entrants hereby agree to and abide by all the above rules and terms. Any entrants or submissions that do not comply with these rules and terms will be disqualified.
