中國“產能過剩”？西方貿易保護“過剩”！

近期，西方一些政客不遺餘力地炒作所謂中國電動汽車“產能過剩”論，試圖狙擊中國電動汽車的全球崛起。然而，真正的過剩，難道不是西方日益加劇的貿易保護主義嗎？中國科學技術發展戰略研究院黨委書記劉冬梅帶你揭開這場輿論戰背後的真相！

Some Western politicians have been tirelessly promoting the "overcapacity" of Chinese electric vehicles, in an attempt to thwart their global rise. However, isn't the real excess the increasingly intense trade protectionism in the West?

一方面，資料顯示，中國新能源汽車的主要市場在國內，2023年中國新能源汽車出口量（120.3萬輛），僅佔新能源汽車銷量的13%。

On the one hand, data show that the main market for Chinese new energy vehicles (NEVs) is domestic. In 2023, China exported 1.203 million NEVs, accounting for only 13 percent of total NEV sales.

另一方面，中國新能源汽車在海外市場受歡迎，並不是因為價格低，而是因為質量優，價效比高。很多電動汽車的海外售價比國內價格高，但仍受國外消費者的歡迎。

On the other hand, the popularity of Chinese NEVs in overseas markets is not due to low prices, but rather their high quality and good value for money. Many electric vehicles are sold at higher prices overseas than domestically, and yet they remain popular with overseas consumers.

其次，對於產能是否過剩的判斷，一方面，要立足新能源汽車產業發展階段；另一方面，要從全球市場需求和未來發展潛力來看，要動態地看、理性地看。

As for whether there is overcapacity, this should be assessed based on the development stage of the NEV industry and global market demand and future growth potential.

國際能源署等多家國際機構都預測，未來十年，全球新能源汽車市場規模將持續快速擴大，遠超中國和全球新能源汽車現有產能。

According to the International Energy Agency and other international organizations, the global NEV market is expected to expand rapidly over the next decade, far exceeding the current global production capacity.

一些國家炒作“產能過剩論”，主要還是想以“產能過剩”為藉口，出臺一些貿易保護主義舉措。
