針對隱藏式車門把手在實際應用過程中暴露出來的一些問題,工信部開始出手整頓。
Authorities in China have initiated a regulatory overhaul to address safety risks posed by hidden and electric vehicle door handles, which have become increasingly common in modern cars.

5月8日,工信部官網發文,公開徵集對《汽車車門把手安全技術要求》強制性國家標準制修訂計劃專案的意見。根據標準化工作的總體安排,現將申請立項的《汽車車門把手安全技術要求》強制性國家標準制修訂計劃專案予以公示,截止日期為2025年6月7日。
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) on Thursday announced a draft of the mandatory national standard for safety technical requirements of vehicle door handles, opening a public consultation period until June 7, 2025.
《汽車車門把手安全技術要求》強制性國家標準專案建議書顯示,該檔案的起草單位為中國汽車技術研究中心有限公司、吉利汽車研究院(寧波)有限公司、北京車和家汽車科技有限公司等。
其中提到,本檔案規定了汽車應急式車門內把手的安裝要求、隱藏式車門內把手和應急式車門內把手的標誌要求、電動式車門外把手的防夾要求與試驗方法、車門外把手和車門內把手的強度要求與試驗方法、電動式車門把手的動態試驗要求與試驗方法。本檔案適用於M1類、N1類汽車和多用途貨車的車門把手,其他車輛車門把手參照執行。
The proposed regulations specify installation requirements for emergency interior door handles, labeling requirements for concealed and emergency interior handles, anti-pinch requirements and test methods for powered exterior handles, strength requirements and testing methods for both exterior and interior handles, as well as dynamic testing requirements for powered handles.The standards will apply to M1-class (passenger vehicles), N1-class (light trucks), and multi-purpose vehicles, with other vehicle types encouraged to adopt the guidelines.
近年來,隨汽車電動化、智慧化的快速發展,隱藏式車門把手憑藉美觀、科技感強等優勢被廣泛應用。市場上的車門把手產品呈現出工作原理、形式多樣化趨勢,在市場應用過程中暴露出以下問題:強度不足、控制邏輯潛在安全風險、識別操作難(隱蔽無標誌)、斷電失效、夾手等,潛在逃生、救援風險。
上述問題帶來了潛在的逃生與救援風險。如:碰撞、起火等事故中,造成斷電現象,使電動式外門把手、電動式車門內把手失效,增大救援及逃生阻礙;無明顯、統一標誌,增加緊急情況下的操作難度。
從救援逃生角度,強化汽車車門外把手在碰撞以及車輛起火等事故場景的安全邏輯,增加機械或者斷電保護等安全冗餘設計要求,保證斷電、碰撞等事故中車門系統能夠開啟,從而進行救援及逃生活動;保證翻滾、墜落事故中,能夠防止門把手的誤作用,從而降低乘員跌落風險;規範隱藏式車門內把手、應急式車門內把手易於識別的安全標誌,保證標誌可見性,從而降低乘員緊急情況下的逃生難度;保證車門把手的結構強度,防止事故發生後門鎖操縱機構功能喪失。
Hidden and electric door handles, popular for their sleek aesthetics and innovative appeal, have exposed critical vulnerabilities in real-world scenarios. Issues include inadequate strength, ambiguous operation cues, and power failure risks during accidents, as well as proving to be potential entrapment hazards.For instance, crashes or fires that disable a vehicle's electrical system may render electric handles inoperable, delaying rescue or escape. Similarly, poorly marked hidden handles can confuse occupants in emergencies.
據悉,目前國內與汽車門把手相關的標準對門把手的耐久、強度、耐高低溫、耐振動、耐腐蝕等進行了技術要求。但是隨著電動式、隱藏式車門把手的應用,暫無標準對其佈置、標誌、安全功能、結構強度進行技術要求。而國外暫無相關標準。
Current Chinese standards focus on durability and environmental resistance but lack provisions for modern handle designs. Internationally, no equivalent regulations exist.
