3月12日下午，“楊銘宇”微信公眾號釋出致歉信：
對於近期楊銘宇旗下涉事加盟門店（鄭州二七萬達店、鄭州康復前街店、商丘萬鼎廣場店）出現的食品安全問題，我們向廣大消費者致以最深切的歉意。此次事件暴露出公司在涉事加盟門店的加盟管理、監督執行上的重大漏洞，我們承擔全部責任。
食品安全始終是品牌的生命線，此次事件讓我們痛心認識到總部的管理體系未能確保所有加盟門店嚴格執行標準，辜負了消費者的信任。即日起採取整改行動：
1.涉事加盟門店(鄭州二七萬達店、鄭州康復前街店、商丘萬鼎廣場店)即刻停業，並且永久關店；
2.全國門店深度排查:組織專項檢查組，完成所有門店食材儲存，加工流程、環境衛生的徹查，一旦發現有違規門店立即停業追責；
3.全員強化培訓與考核:所有員工重新參加食品安全培訓並考核，未透過者禁止上崗；
4.監督機制透明化：內部監督小組每月突擊檢查門店，檔案公開可查。

In a formal apology posted on its WeChat account on Wednesday, the company acknowledged "significant shortcomings" in overseeing its franchise network. The statement emphasized, "Food safety stands as the bedrock of our brand, and we have failed to uphold our obligations."

楊銘宇黃燜雞總部相關負責人稱，正聯絡涉事門店進行關店整改。
楊銘宇黃燜雞官網顯示，加盟城市超過500個，據南方都市報，截至2024年9月，楊銘宇黃燜雞米飯在全國擁有2703家門店。
