2月27日，第33屆上海白玉蘭戲劇表演藝術獎頒獎晚會在上海文化廣場舉行。
中國煤礦文工團團長靳東憑藉話劇《溫暖的味道》孫光明一角，獲得白玉蘭戲劇表演藝術獎主角獎。
Chinese actor Jin Dong was honored with the Best Actor award at the 33rd Shanghai Magnolia Stage Performance Awards on Thursday for his portrayal of Sun Guangming in the play The Smell of Warmth.

頒獎典禮上，靳東接過獎盃時說：“戲劇是一切藝術呈現形式的母體。我一直在用我所學的戲劇，在不同的藝術門類裡表達。我要感謝舞臺，大幕拉開，再不能回頭，錯不起，錯不得。我一直說不該也不能離開舞臺，這一次我終於又回到了舞臺。我還想說，這朵白玉蘭不僅僅屬於我自己，還屬於話劇《溫暖的味道》所有臺前幕後的工作人員，屬於我們煤礦文工團。”靳東說，這是他的第一朵“白玉蘭”，“希望以後能多出好作品，多來上海，多來到白玉蘭的舞臺上。”
Jin, who also serves as the head of the China Coal Mine Art Troupe, said during the award ceremony that theatre serves as the foundational matrix for all forms of artistic expression. "I have consistently utilized the theatrical knowledge I have acquired to express myself across various art forms," Jin said upon receiving the award. "I am thankful to the stage; once the curtain rises, there is no turning back. I cannot afford to make mistakes," Jin said, noting that this marked his first "Magnolia" award and expressing his aspirations to produce more outstanding works in the future.
公開資料顯示，靳東，男，漢族，出生於1976年12月22日，畢業於中央戲劇學院，一級演員。他是第十四屆全國政協委員，民盟第十三屆中央常委。
2021年12月，靳東當選中國文聯第十一屆全國委員會委員 ，同月出任中國煤礦文工團副團長。2024年8月，靳東任中國煤礦文工團團長。

據上觀新聞報道，話劇《溫暖的味道》講述了黃河岸邊塬底下村的故事。原本是蘋果的黃金產區的塬底下村遭遇了蘋果種植困境，第一書記孫光明透過引入新種苗與新技術，助力當地種植產業升級，幫助村民重燃希望，共赴美好生活。
The Smell of Warmth revolves around the story of a village situated along the Yellow River. Initially renowned as a prime apple-growing region, the village encountered challenges in its apple cultivation. Sun Guangming, the first secretary of the village's Party committee, revitalized the local industry by introducing new seedlings and technologies, aiding the villagers in rekindling hope and pursuing a better life.
2025年《溫暖的味道》將開始新一輪巡演。靳東介紹：“話劇《溫暖的味道》講如何面對、處理蘋果新老品種更替的問題，有新老觀念碰撞，歸根結底還是在講人和人之間的故事。做團長，就是服務和付出，替所有人解決問題。我希望《溫暖的味道》能代表我們團的精氣神。透過我們的行動告訴年輕人，在團裡應該擔起什麼樣責任。整個團好幾百號人，我們最核心的目標還是培養人才、出作品。放棄小我，放棄名和利，轉而為大家，為這個時代做一些事。這也是為什麼我看到延安一片又一片蘋果林會有那麼深的感慨，臺下，我也是孫光明。”
"The play delves into navigating the transition between old and new apple varieties, where conflicting ideologies intersect, ultimately focusing on the interpersonal narratives," Jin elaborated. "To be a leader means to serve and give, to solve problems for everyone. It's about letting go of the self, relinquishing personal fame and gain, and instead, working for the greater good, for making a difference in this era," added Jin. The Smell of Warmth is scheduled to embark on a new round of touring in 2025.
