航空公司懇求大家耐心等待退款，不要打電話發郵件催款以免使已經極其繁忙的客服人員不能服務其他更緊急的改期旅客。

正常情況下，退款回到信用卡的時間為2周。特殊時期，您可能再多等一週左右。

回程部分退款需要仔細計算稽核很多稅費，非常耗時。

不停靠武漢的機票的退改簽
以下航空公司已釋出所有中國機場的機票均可全額退款：

南方航空、廈門航空、東方航空、海南航空、中國國際航空、四川航空
-
1月23日以後新買的票不能減免罰款
-
廈航1月23日及之前旅行的機票不能減免罰款
-
其它中國航司減免限2020年1月1日以後旅行的機票
-
未用的回程機票可免罰金款部分退款，但不能免費改回程票
美國加拿大的航空公司 United/Delta/American Airlines 的政策都不允許全額退款。有些旅客告訴我們已經得到航司客服直接減免罰款，所以我們建議您聯絡航司不同客服渠道碰碰運氣，有些客服人員也許會幫您減免罰款。

原機票開票日期必須在1月24日之前。

Delta 詳細規定 1月24日至4月30日的航班可以免費改到5月31日之前旅行。6月1日之後旅行只免改票費但收差價。Delta不許我們全額退款，但Delta客服被授權直接受理退款請求，個案處理。

AA 有關北京、上海的詳細規定 1月24日至3月27日的航班可以免費改到4月17日之前旅行。另有針對武漢、天津、虹橋、成都的特殊政策。新出臺針對香港的特殊政策。

UA 北京上海成都詳細規定 1月24日-2月29日旅行允許退票或免費改到3月31日前免費，改到4月1日之後不免價差。武漢、香港各有不同的減免規定。

United expands temporary China suspensions |
|
As the significant decline in demand for travel to China continues, we are implementing additional temporary
reductions in service between our hub cities and PEK (Beijing),
HKG (Hong Kong) and
PVG (Shanghai). All three cities will
retain daily service from SFO to allow customers to travel between the two regions.
This reduction of service – beginning
February 9 and running through March 28 – includes 332 additional roundtrip cancellations, reducing our 12 daily departures from the United States to mainland China and Hong Kong to four daily departures. There are no planned reductions to CTU (Chengdu) at this time.
We will continue to monitor the situation as it develops and will adjust our schedule as needed. We are in communications with our employees in China to share the latest information we have with them and will continue to keep them updated as the situation changes.
We will gradually draw down our flights at these stations. We
closed out inventory for affected flights this morning (January 30) for flights between
February 9 and March 28 . Please note that select cancellations have already been implemented for flights now through February 8. The new schedule will be as follows:

United may rebook PNRs.
If a customer's flight has been suspended, our automation will attempt to rebook the customer on an alternate United flight and reissue the ticket. If automatic rebooking is unavailable, the segment status in the PNR will change to “UN” and your travel agency will need to act.
