Seven people were injured in a portable gas stove explosion during an outdoor barbecue involving two families in Beijing on Saturday, sparking public concern over the safety of such cooking devices.

據四川觀察報道，事發時兩家人正在露營。當事人稱爆炸毫無預兆、威力巨大，部分傷者嚴重燙傷。使用者陳先生表示，該爐具購入僅一個月，爆炸時為第二次使用，並提醒公眾“儘量少用”。
The explosion occurred while the two families were camping. Mr. Chen, the stove’s user, said it was only their second time using the month-old device. He described the blast as sudden and powerful, with some victims suffering serious burns, and urged the public to limit use of such equipment.
事故頻發 安全隱患不容忽視
此類事故並非個例。2024年12月10日，周黑鴨創始人周富裕釋出影片稱其戶外使用卡式爐燒水時遭遇爆炸，面部及手臂嚴重受傷。類似事件還包括髮生於2025年2月25日河南的烤腸攤爆炸、2025年3月4日的貴陽居民樓火災及2025年4月6日的石家莊露營爆炸。
Similar incidents have occurred in recent months. In December 2024, Zhou Hei Ya founder Zhou Fuyu suffered serious burns when a gas stove exploded during outdoor use. Other cases include a sausage stall blast in Henan (Feb 25), a residential fire in Guiyang (Mar 4), and a camping explosion in Shijiazhuang (Apr 6).
卡式爐安全使用指南
①選擇正規廠家的產品，不要自行拆卸改造，使用前仔細閱讀說明書。
Choose certified stoves and avoid modifications.
②使用卡式爐要保證氣體是首次使用，點火前檢查介面是否漏氣，嚴禁將罐體傾斜、倒置。
Keep canisters upright; check for leaks before use.
③選擇匹配的鍋具，勿使用覆蓋氣罐倉的大尺寸烤盤。
Use properly matched cookware and avoid using oversized griddles that cover the gas canister compartment.
④不可在強風、烈日或附近有明火等熱源的地方使用。
Avoid strong wind, direct sunlight, or open flames when using.
