Australia, renowned for its multicultural fabric, holds immense potential to harness the power of its diaspora to build meaningful connections with the world. These communities act as conduits of understanding, trust, and collaboration, particularly in the context of international partnerships such as the Australia-China Free Trade Agreement (ChAFTA). By empowering its diaspora communities, Australia has a unique opportunity to strengthen its global position and forge enduring relationships beyond economic gains (Vertovec, 2009).
2025年下半年是回顧僑民社群如何重塑全球經濟與文化格局的重要時刻。以多元文化著稱的澳大利亞，擁有深厚的僑民基礎，這為其與世界構建更緊密聯絡提供了獨特優勢。僑民不僅是文化理解與信任建立的橋樑，更是國際合作、特別是在《中澳自由貿易協定》(ChAFTA)背景下的關鍵推動力量。賦能僑民，是澳大利亞提升國際地位、建立長期戰略伙伴關係的重要路徑。

    • Diaspora communities often act as informal trade envoys, leveraging their cultural fluency and professional expertise to strengthen economic ties (Newland & Tanaka, 2010).
