As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our team to include two roles: Customer Service Specialist and Electrical Engineer. Position 1: Customer Service Specialist
📍 Location: 10631 Corporate Drive, Stafford, TX 77477🕒 Full-Time
Overview:
Our Customer Service Specialists are the frontline ambassadors of our brand. In this role, you’ll ensure our clients and partners receive exceptional service, support, and solutions to help them succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between customers, sales team, and the plant to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Process customer orders, returns, and credits in ERP system.
Respond to inquiries regarding order status, delivery timelines, product availability, and general information.
Handle customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information and documentation.
Assist accounting with related customer billing and claims.
Coordinate and support the logistics department to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
Assist in arranging transportation with internal or third-party carriers as needed.
Track and monitor shipments; communicate updates or delays to customers.
Collaborate with the warehouse and production team to maintain proper inventory levels for scheduled shipments.
Assist the scheduling team in preparing and updating daily/weekly production schedules based on customer demand and inventory levels.
Monitor order fulfillment, adjusting priority as needed and escalate any potential disruptions to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Bilingual in English and Chinese required.
Position 2: Electrical Engineer
📍 Location: 10631 Corporate Drive, Stafford, TX 77477 🕒 Full-Time
Overview:
As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the electrical systems that power our production lines. Your expertise will help ensure operational efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement in our high-speed food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems and equipment within the plant.
Support automation and control systems (PLCs, HMIs, sensors, drives).
Lead projects related to equipment upgrades, energy efficiency, and preventative maintenance.
Collaborate with maintenance, production, and safety teams to support continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (food industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of PLC programming, motor control systems, and electrical schematics.
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
