榴蓮愛好者有口福啦!隨著新一季東南亞水果進入成熟期,榴蓮、山竹、椰子等熱帶水果迎來一年一度的進口銷售旺季。
5月6日,記者走訪水果批發市場和水果店發現,榴蓮價格雖有小幅回落,但波動幅度不大。預計榴蓮將在5月中下旬進入上市旺季,價格將有明顯回落。

Recent visits to wholesale markets and fruit retailers revealed that durian prices have seen a slight dip but remain relatively stable. Industry experts predict a more significant price drop in mid-to-late May as the fruit enters its peak supply phase.
據報道,5月6日,經廣州海關所屬南沙海關監管驗放,117個貨櫃,總重1600餘噸的泰國金枕、甲侖、託曼尼、青尼等多個品種的榴蓮快速辦結通關手續,從廣州南沙口岸運往粵港澳大灣區各地水果批發市場和超市。
Over 1,600 metric tons of Thai durians—including premium varieties such as Golden Pillow, Puang Manee, and Chanee—cleared customs on Tuesday at Nansha Port in Guangzhou, Guangdong province, under the supervision of local customs authorities. The shipment, comprising 117 containers, was swiftly dispatched to wholesale markets and supermarkets across the Greater Bay Area.

5月6日,搭乘中老國際班列回程農產品專列的兩個進口榴蓮集裝箱到達成都國際鐵路港冷鏈物流基地,隨後透過冷鏈車隊分別發往粵、浙市場進行銷售。自此,成都-廣州、成都-嘉興兩條中老國際班列公鐵聯運進口榴蓮分撥專線正式開通,標誌著兩地物流通道的進一步拓展。
Meanwhile, two containers of imported durians arrived at Chengdu International Railway Port via the China-Laos Railway's dedicated cold-chain agricultural freight service. After customs clearance, the cargo was routed to refrigerated trucks bound for markets in Guangdong and Zhejiang provinces, showcasing the growing efficiency of cross-border cold-chain logistics.

此外,當進口榴蓮在4-5月佔據市場主流時,國產榴蓮也在海南逐漸成熟。
據三亞育才生態區的種植基地透露,首批“樹上熟”榴蓮將於6月中下旬批次上市,品種涵蓋金枕、黑刺、貓山王等高階品類,與進口榴蓮相比,國產果採用“樹上自然成熟後採摘”模式,果肉更軟糯、甜度更高,尤其適合追求極致口感的榴蓮資深愛好者。

如何買到一顆報恩榴蓮?
1. 敲一敲(不是用手)
在泰國買榴蓮,老闆都會配一根長棍,輕輕敲一敲榴蓮,如果聽到“空空空”的迴音,那說明榴蓮熟啦!因為果肉和果皮之間有一些間隙了。是不是和挑西瓜的感覺差不多?

2. 摸摸蒂
一般來說,樹上已經開始成熟的榴蓮,蒂不會特別地平滑順直,而是有一點輕微的凸起,好像一個人吃飽了一樣。
另外,建議挑選蒂子還帶有一定新鮮度的榴蓮,蒂把還有一點水分表示榴蓮離開樹上時間不算太久。

The easiest litmus test of a durian's freshness is to scratch its stem gently with your fingertips. If the stem reveals a fleshy and leaf-green interior without much effort, it is a sign that the durian had fallen off the trees within the last 24 hours. 檢驗榴蓮新鮮程度的最簡單方法就是用指尖輕輕刮一下榴蓮的梗子,如果刮開呈飽滿肉質和黃
綠色,就說明榴蓮採摘不到24小時。
A darker stem means that the durian has been harvested much earlier.
梗子越黑,則說明榴蓮摘下來的時間越長。
3. 看看刺兒
榴蓮以刺兒聞名,同時它的刺也是很好的鑑別指南,刺越短越粗,果子越好。

4. 瞅瞅縫
榴蓮刺之間的縫隙,是判斷它成熟度的一個訣竅。好的榴蓮,刺縫隙比較幹、顏色是清晰的黃綠色,這樣的榴蓮一般來說肉質都飽滿。

5. 看形狀
此外,還要學會觀察榴蓮的形狀,完美的橢圓形的榴蓮未必就是最好吃的!
If the durian has bulging sides, it is often an indication that the seeds are fleshy. If the sides are concave, it is likely the chamber is empty. Odd-shaped durians also do not mean that there is less meat. They are usually more aromatic and creamier compared to perfectly rounded durians.如果每一邊都是鼓鼓的,那說明內裡果肉飽滿,如果果殼凹陷進去了,那可能這一房就是空的。形狀不規則的榴蓮不一定果肉就少,而且通常比形狀圓滿的榴蓮味道更香,肉質更綿軟。

最後,一個溫馨提示:買榴蓮不要貪大!儘量避免買開口榴蓮!
真正會吃榴蓮的人,都是買小的,因為小的味道更濃郁。而開口榴蓮一般都是過熟的,並不是口感最佳之選哦。
Bigger is not necessarily better. The optimum weight of durian is 1.5 to 2kg, which yields the best flavors. 越大未必越好。榴蓮最合適的重量是1.5到2公斤,口味最佳。
