拜登確診前列腺癌，特朗普：很難過

當地時間5月18日，根據美國前總統拜登辦公室釋出的一份宣告，拜登被確診患有惡性前列腺癌，癌細胞已擴散至骨骼。

Former US president Joe Biden has been diagnosed with an "aggressive form" of prostate cancer that has spread to his bones, his office said in a statement on Sunday.

宣告指出，拜登上週因泌尿系統症狀加劇而新發現一個前列腺結節，醫生在進一步評估後於16日診斷拜登患有前列腺癌。

宣告稱，雖然這是一種更具侵襲性的癌症，但這種癌症似乎對激素敏感，因此可以進行有效治療，拜登及其家人正在與他的醫生共同探討治療方案。

Biden, 82, was diagnosed on Friday after experiencing urinary symptoms, and he and his family are reviewing treatment options with doctors, according to the statement.

"While this represents a more aggressive form of the disease, the cancer appears to be hormone-sensitive which allows for effective management," his office said.

President Trump on Sunday expressed his condolences after former president Biden announced he had been diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer.

"Melania and I are saddened to hear about Joe Biden's recent medical diagnosis," Trump posted on Truth Social. "We extend our warmest and best wishes to Jill and the family, and we wish Joe a fast and successful recovery."
