同其他“蛋疼”的經典面試問題——例如“說說你說服老闆的經歷”、“談談你十年後的職業發展”、“聊聊你最優質的專案”比較，"What's your greatest strength?"

似乎是一個相當無害的問題。推銷自己嘛，誰還不會咋的！我天下第一好！

實則不然，用力過頭會顯得傲慢自大，為人輕浮；謙虛低調又會顯得缺乏自信，不能勝任這份工作。那麼，如何選取話題，找到兩者間的平衡點呢？下面讓我們一起來看一看，在面試中，怎樣說才能給自己誇的漂漂亮亮，讓面試官聽得心花怒放！

避免詞彙堆砌

這可不是什麼“質量不夠數量湊”的問題。一些面試者在回答時列出了一系列積極的特質，例如外向、注重細節、勤奮、獨立、友好、隨和……這種將能想到的良好品質瘋狂堆砌的行為是穩穩的扣分項。要在自信和傲慢之間找到平衡點，絕對不要只列出一堆漂亮的形容詞來描述自己。

選擇一到三個你想要提到的特質，並且考慮這些特質能否讓你勝任這份工作，適合這家公司。例如，如果工作環境是快節奏的、不斷發展的，那麼你的多工處理能力、適應能力和快速學習能力就是很好的特質。

用故事支援觀點

選擇合適的特質，在直接回答問題後，透過講一個故事來強化自己的答案。比起乾巴巴的“我有很好的團隊合作能力”，明顯“不得不說，我最大的一個優點就是我的合作能力。事實上，有機會在這樣一個團隊中工作是該職位對我最大的吸引力之一。我發現在團隊中工作能激發出我最好的一面。例如……”更合適。

不清楚自己的優勢？

一時想不起來自己有什麼優勢的話，不妨看看下面的方法。

1.詢問周圍的人。一個嶄新的視角可以幫助你瞭解自己的長處，試著問問朋友或同事。

2.回顧過往經歷。試著回憶自己在學生時代或實習期間收到的表揚或積極反饋，也可以回顧自己簡歷上的所有成就，找出其中較突出的部分。

3.旁徵博引。瀏覽一下LinkedIn或其他招聘網站，看看那些與你職位相似的其他人的個人資料，他們有哪些關鍵技能？哪些方面較為突出？
