近日，社交平臺上不少網友反映，自己帶的充電寶不允許帶上飛機，網友分享的現場圖片顯示，成筐的旅客充電寶在機場被攔下，“沒有3C標誌的都上不了飛機”。
China's civil aviation regulator has announced a ban on power banks that lack valid 3C certification, have unclear 3C labels, or have been subject to product recalls, prohibiting them from being carried on domestic flights as part of efforts to enhance aviation safety.
The Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) said in an emergency notice that the new regulation will take effect starting Saturday.
對此，也有網友在評論區做出解釋：
6月26日，為切實保障航空執行安全，民航局釋出緊急通知，自6月28日起禁止旅客攜帶沒有3C標誌、3C標誌不清晰、被召回型號或批次的充電寶乘坐境內航班。
然而有網友發現，有購物平臺上有商家在售賣3C認證標籤貼紙，相關截圖顯示，只需要幾元錢，就能買到上千張貼紙。
However, users discovered e-commerce platforms selling counterfeit 3C label stickers. Screenshots revealed packs of 1,000 fake labels priced at just a few yuan.
有媒體記者隨機聯絡了多家店鋪，詢問是否可以貼在充電寶上，均得到了客服肯定的回答。
業內人士表示，購物平臺上銷售的3C貼紙多為無資質廠商仿製，商家常以“裝飾貼紙”為名規避稽核，或盜用其他產品證書編號上架，實質構成偽造認證標識行為。若消費者購買後貼於未認證產品上，將涉嫌“冒用認證標誌”，涉事產品可被查封。
Industry insiders disclosed these stickers are produced by unlicensed manufacturers. Sellers evade platform reviews by listing them as "decorative stickers" or steal certification numbers from legitimate products—constituting fraudulent certification. Applying such labels to uncertified devices violates anti-counterfeiting laws and risks product seizures.
26日晚，有記者以“3C貼紙”為關鍵詞，再次在網購平臺檢索發現，相關商品已全部下架。有商家確認相關商品已下架，並表示“我們還在諮詢原因”。
By Thursday evening, searches for "3C stickers" on major platforms returned zero results.
河南澤槿律師事務所主任付建律師認為，根據《中華人民共和國認證認可條例》第六十條：自行制定的認證標誌的式樣、文字和名稱，與國家推行的認證標誌相同或者近似，或者妨礙社會管理，或者有損社會道德風尚的；責令限期改正；逾期未改正的，處2萬元以上10萬元以下的罰款。
付建認為，3C 認證貼紙是 3C 認證的一種表現形式，售賣 3C 認證貼紙屬於偽造、變造認證標誌的違法行為，購買後用於無認證產品上以冒充合格產品也屬違法。
Fu Jian, director of Henan Zejin Law Firm, said that selling or using fake 3C labels is illegal, as they misrepresent unqualified products as certified.
平臺作為交易場所的提供者，有義務維護平臺交易秩序和商品質量安全。售賣 3C 認證貼紙的行為會導致不合格產品流入市場，威脅消費者的人身和財產安全，平臺加強監管有助於防範此類風險，保護廣大消費者的利益。
E-commerce platforms, as service providers, bear responsibility for maintaining marketplace integrity. Allowing fake labels threatens consumer safety, making intensified oversight critical to public welfare.
