別慌,其實這些都是常見的行為面試(Behavioral Interview)問題,但在Behavioral Interview過程中,95%的問題都是可以提前預測和準備的!為了讓大家接下來能順順利利透過Behavioral 部分,小i今天在這裡給大家傳授一些解題小技巧。
無論你想要求職哪個行業,Behavioral Questions 都會出現,因為 這類問題可以很好地考察Candidates 是否能更好地契合公司文化和滿足職位對Soft Skills的要求。
之前LinkedIn採訪了1300名資深HR,60%的HR表示以下6點是Behavioral Questions所考查的主要能力,大家在回答Behavioral Questions時,就要重點突出自己這些方面的特質。

面試官想知道你是如何安排重要任務的優先順序,設定具體的時間和行動目標,保持待辦事項清單等。如果你平時是一個有詳細的,有組織的計劃的人,那你把你的時間管理展示給面試官。
當面試官見到你時,他或她腦海中會浮現兩個重要的問題:
首先,如果他/她要花幾個小時和你一起做一個專案,他/她會和你相處得很好嗎? 其次,如果你獨自在客戶現場,他/她是否有信心你能有效地與客戶互動,並很好地代表公司?
