喜大普奔！眾吃貨垂涎三尺的米其林華盛頓DC榜單正式釋出！12家餐廳榜上有名！帝都成為繼紐約、舊金山和芝加哥之後，第四個美帝米其林榜單城市。

《米其林餐廳》(Le Guide Michelin)是法國知名輪胎製造商米其林公司出版的美食及旅遊指南書籍的總稱，其中以評鑑餐廳及旅館，紅色書皮的“紅色指南”(法語：Le Guide Rouge)最具代表性。更給力的是，華盛頓被評為全美年度餐館城市！

米其林已經發布DC超值餐館，上榜共有19家。此輪發布正式星級餐館，主要看五大要素：食材質量、廚藝和味道、佳餚體現的主廚個性、價效比以及時間和選單的持續性。至於三顆星各級含義，可以這樣理解：

全球共有127家三星餐館，紐約6家、芝加哥2家、舊金山5家。並不意外，華盛頓特區還得繼續努力。至少一星和二星的共有12家，妥妥收藏。
