01. 糾結 be torn
(1) be torn “糾結，左右為難，難以取捨”
英語解釋為to be unable to decide ，
what to do because you have different feelings ,
or different things that you want。
(2) be torn between sth.
例
A: Do you want to get back with him?
你想跟他複合嗎?
B: Well, I'm torn.
我很糾結。
Howard: Should we follow him?
我們該跟蹤他嗎？
Raj: I don't know. I'm torn.\
I want to know where he's going,

02. 左右為難
be on the horns of a dilemma
(1) dilemma [dɪˈlemə]“進退兩難的境地，困境”
(2) in a dilemma “進退兩難，左右為難”
(3) be on the horns of a dilemma “左右為難，進退維谷”
英語解釋為to struggle to choose between,
two problematic or unappealing options。
例
It placed Stephanie in a dilemma.
這讓斯蒂芬妮左右為難。
I'm on the horns of a dilemma.
Can you imagine me at the North Pole?
真叫人左右為難。你能想象我在北極嗎？
03. 老是想著某事 dwell on sth.
(1) dwell “在某地居住”
(2) dwell on/upon sth. “老是想著某事，
糾結於某事”，尤指令人不快的事情。
英語解釋為to think for too long about something。
例
You dwell on this terrible future,
and you resign yourselves to it.
你們老是想著未來好可怕，
你們迫使自己接受了它。
It does not do to dwell on dreams and forget to live.
