十四屆全國人大三次會議5日上午在人民大會堂開幕，習近平等黨和國家領導人出席開幕會，國務院總理李強向大會作政府工作報告。
政府工作報告提出，今年發展主要預期目標是：
▌國內生產總值（GDP）增長5%左右；
China targets an economic growth rate of around 5 percent in 2025, according to a government work report submitted Wednesday to the national legislature for deliberation.
▌城鎮調查失業率5.5%左右，城鎮新增就業1200萬人以上；
▌居民消費價格漲幅2%左右；
The report also outlines an array of other key development goals this year, including surveyed urban unemployment rate of around 5.5 percent, over 12 million new urban jobs, and an around 2 percent increase in the consumer price index.
▌居民收入增長和經濟增長同步；
▌國際收支保持基本平衡；
▌糧食產量1.4萬億斤左右；
▌單位國內生產總值能耗降低3%左右，生態環境質量持續改善。
