實習崗位&申請要求
Job Description – Marketing Internship (Remote)
• The Marketing Internship would use specialized knowledge and skills obtained through experience,specialized training or certification to conduct real estate market analysis by collecting, organizing, andanalyzing data.
• The analyst will conduct 10-20 pages PowerPoint presentation of real estate development projects, investment analysis and investor pitch deck.
Responsibilities:
• Provide market research, Comparable Analysis and qualitative analysis of real estate projects in
the U.S.
• Assist with special ad-hoc projects, presentations and reports as assigned
• Keep abreast of market, company and industry news
Qualifications:
• Strong research and marketing skills
• Expert level in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong quantitative, analytical and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
• Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or better
