Is it easy to set up?
Yes, very easy! Simply connect to the HDMI port on your TV.
Do I need a V**?
No it works better with your regular internet connection.
How do I connect the box to the internet?
We will provide an ethernet cable to connect your box directly to your WiFi router. Just let us know how close your router is to your TV and we'll give you the correct length of cable to use.
How fast should my internet be?
Ideally your connection should be at least 10M. China Telecom or China Unicom connections work best.
When does the subsrcription start?
We can deliver the box first with a temporary subscription so you can make sure everything is working, and then activate your one year subscription when you're ready to use it. 
How do you send the box?
We will send your box by SF Express, since electronics can't be sent by air, your package should take about 3 days to arrive.
What if it doesn't work?
We guarantee our service and in the ublikely case we can"t help you to get the box working we will happily refund your box and subscription payment.
