職位介紹：

This Legal Counsel will support day-to-day operation of Tesla Shanghai Giga Factory and Megapack Factory. By working closely with business team this role shall ensure Tesla Shanghai's procurement, construction and other daily operation to meet the targets successfully. This position, preferred to be based in Shanghai Lingang, will report directly to the Head of China Legal and will be part of the Tesla China Legal team.

職責描述：

Advise on a wide variety of legal issues, mainly in global sourcing, domestic sourcing and construction, but also involving in other areas of labor, corporate, marketing, public relationship, financial services, etc. when necessary
Drafting/reviewing different types of legal documents
Supporting the business team and participating the contract negotiation
Working on disputes and handling/managing litigations which may arise from time to time in the implementation of transtional contracts, to minimize the impact on Tesla.
Delivering comprehensive support to business team in various disputes settlement arising from operation.
Act as a business partner to support the achievement of the organization’s financial and operational goals and strategies.
Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need

任職要求：

Minimum of 10 years with a top tier law firm or other in-house position, with rich experience in commerical area.
Qualification in the PRC with solid working knowledge of PRC laws in the aforementioned subject areas.
Experience with addressing litigation matters and representing in court will be a must.
Excellent academic credentials from top-ranked law school.
Native Mandarin speaker, plus fluency in oral and written English.
Overseas education and/or work experience preferred.
Strong command of the details of relevant laws and regulations but with an ability to make matters understandable and actionable for Tesla management.
Ability to effectively negotiate with opposing parties.
Well-organized with good analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
