Responsibilities include:

Recruiting, screening, and scheduling families for study participation;

Running study visits according to protocol

Maintenance of lab equipment and supplies, namely the EEG and eye tracking
equipment; -
Supporting the training and management of undergraduate students;

Administrative duties such as corresponding with the IRB, management of study
compensation, website creation; -
Data management, cleaning, processing, and analysis

Community outreach for recruitment, engagement, and dissemination
Successful candidates will show a strong interest in psychology research, interest in working
with toddlers, older children, and their families, and passion for supporting neurodivergent
individuals. Desired skill sets include strong organizational skills, project management skills,
behavior management skills, verbal and written communication skills, and professionalism.

Compensation: $22-23/hr, commensurate with experience
This is a full-time position for 1-2 years at the Notre Dame Shaw Center for Children and
Families, which is a fabulous place to work with great colleagues, strong professional
developmental opportunities, and a supportive atmosphere dedicated to supporting local
children and families. South Bend, Indiana is 1.5 hours from Chicago and boasts a low cost of
living, vibrant sports scene, and proximity to Lake Michigan beaches, dunes, and local hiking.
