據Fox5ny報道 排名和評論網站Niche公佈了其“2024年全美最佳公立高中”名單，紐約市的幾所學校榜上有名！
據報道，進入這份榜單前25位的有以下紐約學校：
· Staten Island Technical High School，排名第11位；
· Bronx High School of Science，排名第12位；
· Townsend Harris High School，排名第13位。
此外，新澤西州莫里斯縣（Morris County）的學校The Academy for Mathematics, Science & Engineering排名第15位。

排名要素包括州測試成績、大學準備情況、畢業率、師資質量和高中評級。今年的排名中取消了SAT/ACT成績，呼應了大學錄取過程中對這一考試成績的普遍不重視”。
