留學簽證逆襲之路與專業律師解析
從成功申請留學簽證到維持合法身份推動職業發展，身份合法性在這個風雲突變的時代成為了懸在每個海外留子頭上的達摩克里斯之劍。什麼樣的行為可能觸發簽證風險？若遭遇美籤被撤銷，是否仍有解決路徑？而近期美國移民政策又有哪些新動向？
這一期6月20日的LEAP eSalon講座，我們將從親歷者Yoyo的真實經歷出發，結合孟小潔專業移民律師的視角，深入解析簽證與移民現狀，幫助大家在戰略與戰術層面做好準備，獲取第一手應對資訊，為未來做好更穩妥的規劃。

嘉賓介紹
孟小潔律師畢業於復旦大學和加州大學伯克利分校法學院，現為Meng Law Group PC創始人及主管律師，也是加州律師協會認證移民法專家律師。她現擔任洛杉磯律師協會移民法分會執行委員兼副主席，美國移民律師協會會員，南加州分會前領事事務小組成員。也是美國移民法日報Immigration Daily供稿人和“閒話移民”公眾號作者。孟律師專長處理各類工作簽證、職業移民、學生身份保持等移民類案例。憑藉出色的工作能力被《超級律師》雜誌（Super Lawyers）連續3年(2020-2023)評選為南加州地區移民法領域Rising Star。孟律師熱心公益，長期擔任LEAP職業發展論壇導師。
Yoyo本科畢業於清華，曾獲得斯坦福、MIT、Caltech、普林斯頓等多校機械工程系的全獎PhD offer。但申請F1學生簽證的過程中多次被拒，一年半的時間內Yoyo瞭解了簽證全貌，最終成功申請到簽證在斯坦福攻讀PhD。此後Yoyo也幫助了多位同樣有簽證拒籤經歷的同學重獲簽證，來到美國。
